What is the AT&T BusinessDirectsm Account Overview Summary?

The AT&T BusinessDirect Account Overview Summary provides you with an up-to-date view of your account status. For easy reference, the following information is displayed from your most current bill:

Bill Date
Previous Balance
Payments Received
Adjustments
Current Charges
Bill Amount Due
Payment Due Date

The Account Overview Summary also displays your Current Balance which will quickly tell you the amount of the payment which is due by the Payment Due Date. The Current Balance amount will include payments made to the account since your last bill was issued, even if the payment was not made online through AT&T BusinessDirect.

The one other piece of information displayed in the Account Overview Summary is the account Description which is an optional word or phrase chose by you when registering for your AT&T BusinessDirect account. Providing a description in your profile can serve as an easy identifier for your account number, especially if you are managing several AT&T billing accounts.

    A - It's easy and secure. Simply select the "Pay Now" button to make your payment online using a credit card or a bank debit.

    A - The very next time you login to AT&T BusinessDirect, the Current Balance will be updated to reflect the online payment transaction. Payments made by mail or by using the Interactive Voice Response* system may take several days to be posted to your account. You can find the toll free number to access the Interactive Voice Response system on the top right section of your AT&T bill.

    A - The Current Balance reflects recent payments made to AT&T after the bill close date. This applies to all payments made electronically via AT&T BusinessDirect, by mail or by using the Interactive Voice Response system.     A - The AT&T BusinessDirect Account Overview Summary will provide you with the most recent summary of your bill as soon as it has been created. There is a 24-48 hour delay from bill creation to the time the bill detail is available to you online via the View Bill button. If your most recent bill is not available online, please check again within 24 hours. If, after several days you still do not see your current month's bill, please call the Customer Care number located on the top right section of your AT&T bill.
